Share transfer fee for LLC accountant
The transfer of shares in an LLC is a deed that can now be executed by a registered accountant who meets the relevant requirements. The deed is then registered with both the Revenue Agency and the Companies Register. Our certified accountants will complete all the necessary formalities and issue the final tax evasion certificate within a few days. All receipts from the Revenue Agency and the Chamber of Commerce will be emailed to you.
DOCUMENTATION
1. Copy of the parties’ identity document and tax code;
2. Indication of the residence of each individual
; 3. Copy of the updated bylaws;
4. Updated company registration;
5. Declaration of the transferor’s marital property regime (in the case of joint ownership, the spouse’s identity document and tax code);
6. Any declaration of waiver of pre-emption by other shareholders not participating in the transfer of shares.
7. DIGITAL SIGNATURES OF BOTH SELLER AND BUYERS (if we don’t have them, we will request delivery within 24 hours).
